Jamal Salem Al Jallaf served as Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation at Dubai Police, and later as Security Advisor on Criminal and Traffic Affairs to the Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security. Over thirty-five years in uniform, he led investigations that drew international attention.
